Rev. Dr. Billy A.D.M. Lubansa (Commonly known as Papa Billy) is the President-Founder of the Flaming Fire of God Ministries International, which started in 1986 and is based in Kabwe, Zambia with liaison offices in Lubumbashi - D. R. Congo and Buea - Cameroon.
Rev. Billy is a man with a great passion for souls, he dreams souls, talks souls, thinks souls. He is an International conference speaker and he has been to: Japan, Korea, India, Portugal, U.K., U.S.A., South Africa, Gabon, Botswana, Kenya, Cameroon, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, Tanzania, Mozambique, Malawi, Ghana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Benin, R.D. Congo and many parts of Zambia with the Gospel of the LORD Jesus. Rev Billy travels to the USA every year since 1989. Some years he travels twice or trice for the ministry of the Word of God.  

Rev. Billy has a Ministry to encourage and edify the body of Christ. He is a great exhorter. God has blessed his ministry with signs and wonders which accompany the word of God, which he preaches. He organizes many open-air crusades and indoor revivals. He also organises Spiritual Growth Seminars and Church Growth Conferences that bring people of God from various denominations to come and hear the Word and be edified. He is also a Bible School Teacher.

Rev. Billy provides Leadership, Apostolic, Mentoring and Parenting to more than 140 pastors and ministry leaders in many parts of Africa. Dr. Billy carries a very strong Apostolic anointing that gives direction and brings unity in the body of Christ in many parts of Africa.

Rev. Billy is an ordained member of Covenant Ministries International (CMI) since 1995 runs by Faith Fellowship Ministries of New Jersey under Dr David Demola. He has been associated with Calvary Chapel for more than 10 years as a visiting Minister. In 2001 he became officially an ordained member of Calvary Chapel Ministries which is also an affiliate of CMI. He is also an affiliate member of International Federation of Christian Churches of South Africa(IFCC) since 1993.

Rev. Billy attended for six months a very special spiritual enrichment program for international leaders at Faith Fellowship Ministries in Fort Myers, Florida in 2001 .
He also attended many spiritual growth seminars in Korea, USA, South Africa.
He is a seasonal Minister with a great International experience.

Dr. Billy is a licensed clinical pastoral counsellor.
Dr. Billy is an holder of Doctorate degree in Clinical Counselling.

Dr Billy is an alumni of :

• International Theological Seminary, USA (long distance learning)
• Haggai Institute, Maui, USA.

He is married to Justine and they have 9 children: Brighton, Alick, Spencer, Diana, Monica, Faith, Wisdom, Glorina and Prosper.
